Built for FiveM and Discord communities

One platform to run your gaming community.

Titan Community gives your staff team a real support desk and an application system — both wired directly into your Discord server. Stop running your community from pinned messages and DMs.

  • Run support tickets with categories, claiming and transcripts
  • Collect whitelist, staff and faction applications on a public page
  • Review and decide applications, then let Discord roles apply themselves

Free plan available. No credit card needed to set up your first ticket panel.

Tickets

Support that does not get lost in Discord

Members open tickets where they already are. Your staff work them from a dashboard built for it — with the full history kept in one place.

Panels your members actually use

Post a panel with buttons or a dropdown. Each category can open into its own Discord channel, ping the right staff roles and ask its own questions first.

A support desk, not a channel list

Filter by status, priority, category and assignee. See what is open, what is waiting on the member and what nobody has claimed yet.

Transcripts that outlive the channel

Every closed ticket is archived to a readable transcript in the dashboard. Share it with an unguessable link only when you choose to.

Notes, tags and priorities

Internal notes stay internal. Tag recurring issues, raise priority on the ones that matter and keep handovers between staff clean.

Forms & applications

Whitelists, staff apps and appeals in one place

Replace the Google Form and the spreadsheet. Applications arrive in a review queue where decisions actually happen — and trigger the Discord changes automatically.

Build any application

Short and long text, numbers, dropdowns, multi-select, checkboxes, dates and Discord user fields. Mark what is required and set your own validation.

Public pages, on brand

Every form gets a clean public page with your community name and colour. Mobile-first, because that is where most applications get filled in.

Review, decide, done

Assign a reviewer, leave private notes, request changes, then approve or reject. Every status change is recorded with who did it and when.

Discord actions on approval

Add or remove a role, DM the applicant, post to a staff channel. Configure it once per form — no whitelist-specific hacks required.

Discord integration

The bot is an interface, not the database

Titan Community stores everything in its own database. Discord is where your members interact with it — so a deleted channel, a bot restart or a server outage never loses your ticket history.

  • Invite the bot with only the permissions it needs — no Administrator.
  • Buttons, dropdowns and modals keep working after a restart or redeploy.
  • We verify your Manage Server permission against Discord, not just your login.

Setup takes about ten minutes

  1. 1Sign in with Discord
  2. 2Create your organization
  3. 3Invite the Titan Community bot
  4. 4Build a ticket panel or a form
  5. 5Publish it to your server

Use cases

One system, most of what your staff team does

Tickets and forms cover the majority of community operations. Everything else is built on the same foundation as we add it.

FiveM roleplay servers

Whitelist applications with a real review queue, plus in-city support tickets and rule-break reports.

Faction and gang systems

Faction applications routed to the right staff, with roles applied on approval and a record of every decision.

Staff recruitment

Staff applications, structured questions and private reviewer notes — without a shared spreadsheet.

Ban appeals

A public appeal form anyone can reach, reviewed in the dashboard instead of in someone’s DMs.

Player reports

Reports with evidence fields, priority and tags so repeat offenders are easy to spot.

Partnerships and events

Partnership requests and event sign-ups collected on branded pages, with Discord notifications.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

If something is not covered here, ask before you pay — we would rather tell you it is not a fit.

Do I need to host anything?
No. You invite our bot to your Discord server and use the hosted dashboard. There is nothing to install on your game server.
What permissions does the bot need?
View channels, send messages, embed links, attach files, read message history, manage channels, manage messages and manage roles. We never ask for Administrator.
What happens to my tickets if I cancel?
Your data stays in your organization and remains readable on the Free plan within its history window. You can close your organization at any time, which deletes it.
Can I use this for a non-FiveM community?
Yes. Nothing in the product is FiveM-specific — it is built for Discord-based gaming communities generally. FiveM is simply where we started.
Is the ticket history stored in Discord?
No. PostgreSQL is the source of truth. Discord channels are the interface, so deleting a channel does not delete the ticket or its transcript.
Do you read our messages?
The bot records messages inside ticket channels so transcripts work. It does not read the rest of your server, and message content never goes into analytics.
