Right of withdrawal
Version 2026-09-10 · effective 2026-09-10
This page applies if you bought a subscription as a consumer, meaning as an individual acting outside a business or profession.
You have 14 days
You may withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of the contract being concluded, without giving any reason. The period starts on the day the subscription begins.
If you asked us to start immediately
Titan Community starts working as soon as you subscribe, which is why we ask you to confirm at checkout that you want it to start straight away. That confirmation does not take your withdrawal right away.
If you withdraw after we have started, you pay a proportionate amount for the part of the billing period you actually had access to. We refund the rest. For a monthly plan that usually means you pay for the days used and we return the remainder.
Once a billing period has been fully supplied, the withdrawal right for that period is exhausted. Your right in respect of any later renewal is unaffected — you can simply cancel instead.
How to withdraw
Send us a clear statement that you are withdrawing, by email to [email protected], or by post to Titan Software z.s., Ametystová 702/46, 153 00 Praha 16, Czech Republic. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. Sending the notice before the 14 days expire is enough.
We will confirm receipt without delay and refund any amount due using the same payment method you used, within 14 days of being informed.
Model withdrawal form
Complete and return this only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.

Withdrawal is a statutory right that applies in the first 14 days. Separately, you can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Business customers
If you subscribed in the course of a business, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to you. You can still cancel at any time as described above.
