Terms of service

1. The service

Titan Community provides ticketing, forms and Discord automation for gaming communities. You need a Discord account to use it. We may change or add features over time; we will not materially reduce what a paid plan includes during a billing period you have already paid for.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 15 years old to create an account. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

3. Your account and your community

You are responsible for what happens under your account and inside the organizations you administer, including what your staff do with member data and what your community collects through forms. If you collect personal data about other people using this service, you are the controller of it and our Data Processing Agreement applies.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to break the law or Discord’s own terms.
• Do not use it to harass people or collect data you have no reason to hold.
• Do not attempt to access another organization’s data.
• Do not probe, scan or overload the service.
• Do not resell the service without a written agreement.

5. Reporting illegal content

Public form pages and shared transcripts display content authored by our customers. If you believe such content is illegal, email [email protected] with the exact URL, an explanation of why you consider it illegal, and how to contact you. We will confirm receipt, assess it without undue delay, and tell you the outcome and the reasons for our decision. Where we remove or restrict content, we will inform the customer who published it and give them the reasons, so they can respond.

6. Prices and payment

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe.
• We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. The price shown is the total price you pay.
• Prices are in euro.
• Upgrades take effect immediately. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• If a payment fails, we keep your plan active while Stripe retries, then downgrade the organization to Free. Nothing is deleted because of a downgrade; you simply cannot create more than the Free limits allow.

7. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you subscribe as a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because the service starts as soon as you subscribe, you are asked at checkout to confirm that you want it to start immediately. That does not remove your right — if you withdraw after we have begun, you pay only a proportionate amount for the period you had access and we refund the rest.

8. Refunds

Outside the withdrawal right above, we do not offer partial refunds for an unused part of a billing period. This does not affect your statutory rights, including your rights if the service is defective.

9. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee on these plans. The service depends on Discord and on Stripe; outages in either can affect it. If the service is materially unavailable for a prolonged period, contact us and we will discuss a fair remedy.

10. Termination

You can cancel your subscription or delete your organization at any time from the dashboard, and delete your account from your account settings. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.

11. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or a consumer’s statutory rights.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules in your country of residence.

If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, consumers may use out-of-court resolution through Česká obchodní inspekce (ČOI) — https://adr.coi.cz.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms are versioned and the version you accepted is recorded on your account. If we make a material change we will ask you to review it at your next sign-in. If you do not accept it, you may stop using the service and cancel.
